What is Peak Trail Blazer?
The Peak Trail Blazer is an awesome fundraising event for both kids and adults. There are 2 running races.
The 3.5km Tainui Trail for kids and 12.8km Te Mata Peak Trail for older kids & adults.
This is a super fun community event that fundraises for Havelock North Primary School.

ONE PEAK, TWO TRAILS
Tainui Trail
3.5km
Blitz the Tainui Trail on our specially designed course from the Tainui Reserve, up through Hikanui Pa, and home along Joll Road to finish at Havelock North Primary School. Adults are more than welcome to join their kids on this course too as chaperones.
Te Mata Peak Trail
12.8km
Starting at Havelock North Primary, head through the Tainui Reserve to the top of Te Mata Peak and back, enjoying the view and fresh air along the way. Sure, there'll be some sweat involved, but the rewards and kudos will be well worth it!

Our highly sought after clubs for the fast ones. The Scorchers Sub 50 & The Hall of Flames Sub 60 minutes clubs. 137 names now hang in our hallowed halls!

Entries are for the Te Mata Peak Trail - runners and/or walkers or a combination.
If you enter in a TEAM event, you are automatically entered as an individual for the Te Mata Peak Trail Run.
Bring your gazebo and set up beside the finish line to relax in afterwards! (limited numbers so you must contact us so we can allocate you a spot).
